Blue Box Cart is a Barbados-based Kadooment costume brand. This Privacy Policy applies to the Virtual Try-On feature available at blueboxcartbb.com.

2. What Data We Collect

• Email address — collected when you consent.
• Consent records — date, time, and choices made.
• Your photo — temporarily processed for AI generation only. Not stored by Blue Box Cart.

3. How Your Photo Is Processed

Your photo is temporarily transmitted to a secure third-party hosting service solely for AI processing and is automatically deleted within 5 minutes. Blue Box Cart does not retain, view, or share your photo at any time.

AI generation is powered by third-party AI services. By using this feature you acknowledge your image is transmitted to these services under their own data processing terms. Blue Box Cart is not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party AI providers.

4. How We Use Your Email

Your email is stored securely to maintain consent records and, if you opted in, to send updates about Blue Box Cart costumes and events. We will never sell or share your email.

5. Data Retention

Your email and consent records are retained until you request deletion: blueboxcart@gmail.com

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

7. Security

Data is stored using Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest.

1. Acceptance

By using the Blue Box Cart Kadooment Virtual Try-On, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.

3. Generation Limit

Each email address is limited to 3 AI-generated try-on images total. This limit persists across sessions.

4. Permitted Use

Personal, non-commercial preview only. Do not upload photos of others without consent; do not generate offensive content; do not use AI outputs commercially without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All costume designs and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Blue Box Cart. AI-generated try-on images are personal previews only.

6. AI Results & Limitation of Liability

AI-generated try-on results are approximate visual previews only. They may not accurately reflect your actual body shape, proportions, skin tone, hair, or facial features. Costume colours, details, and fit shown in previews may differ from the physical costume. Blue Box Cart makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any AI-generated image and accepts no liability for any differences between the preview and your actual appearance in the costume. You agree not to rely on AI previews as a representation of how the costume will look on you in person.

7. Your Photo

By uploading a photo you confirm you are the subject of the photo and have the right to use it for this purpose. Your photo is transmitted to a third-party AI service for processing and automatically deleted within 5 minutes. Blue Box Cart does not store or retain your photo.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.
